Team Member Spotlight: Lindsay Bosworth

Meet Lindsay Bosworth, an treasured member of the team with over 3 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers primarily in the St. Louis County area. And she doesn’t stop there! Her ambition and talents have helped bring Boutique Realty to the next level. Here’s to Lindsay for her continued hard work and dedication to our team. We couldn’t be more proud to call her co-worker and friend! – Boutique Realty

What’s your full name?
Lindsay Nichole Bosworth

How did you get into real estate?
I was friends with Nikki Roberts.  I had always had a love for Real Estate and after staying home with my kids for 8 years, I wanted to get back into the workforce.  My previous career was in Fashion and St. Louis didn’t really have the market for that. I really took a liking to real estate and home design and decorating.  Nikki introduced me to Julie and together they thought I would be a great fit for Boutique.

Is there a particular area of the business that you specialize in?
I work with buyers and sellers, mostly in St. Louis County.  I also head Design Boutique our design division. I specialize in staging, picking finishes on a new build or remodel, or even helping you decorate your current space.  I like to use what you already own or inexpensive accessories to jazz it up!

How long have you been in real estate?
I am in my third year.  Everyone says “Don’t give up, give it some time”. It is so true.  I am very happy with my sales volume this year. I have already surpassed my goal for the year by a lot!

How long have you been with Boutique Realty?
3 years.  I started here and wouldn’t have it any other way.

What do you love about being a real estate agent in St. Louis?
There is so much variety in our city.  There are so many different neighborhoods and sectors throughout our city with different architecture, amenities and demographics. Everyone can find a perfect fit.

What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your resume alone?
I don’t like cheese : )

What is your favorite advice to give your clients?
Look around.  Even if you think you know exactly what you want, explore what is out there.  You will be more educated and be able to do thorough comparisons if you have seen various homes in different areas, with different building styles.

What are you known for?
I guess I would say I am known for my design eye.  A lot of clients look to me for advice on how to put their touch on a home.  I love giving them ideas on how they could make a house their own.

What do you like to do for fun?
I love to hang out with my family and friends.  If I am not at my son’s baseball and soccer games or my daughter’s softball and dive meets, I enjoy grabbing dinner and drinks with friends.

What’s your favorite song?
That is a hard one…I love Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing” but Soulshine by Warren Haynes has a very special meaning to me.
